CHRISTMAS CLOSURE & TRADING DATES 2019/2020

Closed on and from Monday 23th of December 2019 and re-opening Monday the 6th January 2020.

 IMPORTANT: What this means for your order or enquiry;

• We will still be online and accepting orders, however as our warehouse and suppliers warehouses are closed during this period, we are unable to dispatch or decorate orders until after Monday 6th January.

• Embroidery/Screen Print Orders: Any orders placed on or after the 29th of November 2019 requiring decoration (Embroidery, Screen Print, Heat Press etc) will most likely be delievered in January (some orders may dispatch and or deliver prior to the closure period). We will confirm with you as soon as possible your likely delivery date, and staff will be working to have all orders through production as quickly as possible in the new year.

• Plain Uniform Orders: Orders for plain items (without Embriodery etc) placed after the 13th of December may not be dispatched and delivered until after the 6th of January depending on stock availability (some of our suppliers are closed earlier than this date for dispatch). We will advise you of your delivery date once you order.

• Sublimated Orders: Any orders placed on or after the 20th of November 2019 for Sublimation will likely deliver in January (as our factory closes over the Christmas period and this extends the 4-6 week general ETA for custom Sublimated orders by an approx 2 additional weeks). We will confirm with you as soon as possible your likely delivery date.
  
  

• Any orders placed during the closure period will be processed from the 6th of January. 

• Any emails and enquiries submitted during the closure period will also be responded to from the 6th of January.

• Australia Post and Couriers do not deliver on public holidays, so deliveries may be delayed over the Christmas period. Please also note that there can often be delays with deliveries due to the busy delivery loads of Couriers during the festive season.
